    Q: How do I cancel my plan?

    A: We're sorry to hear that you're considering leaving! You may visit the cancel membership page to fill out a few details and we will process your cancellation.

    Q: What if the device loses internet connection? Will content still play?

    A: Yes. As long as there was connection while the content was loaded it will still play most videos and slides. However, applications may stop working.

    Q: I already have a Fire Stick. Can I use that instead of purchasing one through PDM?

    A: No. At this time we cannot accept customer purchased Fire Sticks.

    Q: Can I use PDM's design services if I'm not a subscriber or own a device?

    A: No. Content is only uploaded to client screens. Art is not a stand alone option.

    Q: I have multiple TV's. Can I play different content on each one?

    A: Yes. Each screen is a separate entity and you may add content to them as you please.

    Q: Why is my content being cut off on screen?

    A: Check your TV's aspect ratio settings in the menu. If that didn't correct the issue please contact us and we will nudge the content.

    Q: Can I have my TV vertical?

    A: Yes. Landscape and portrait options are available.
